JODEE LAURA CONRAD has been dancing since the age of 3 and trained at The Urdang Academy and The BRIT School before leaving the profession to pursue a career in law. After almost a decade off, she has decided to retrain and is currently studying Musical Theatre at the Southern Theatre Arts Centre. Jodee has a wealth of experience as a performer and as a director/producer and is really looking forward to working with MLD Dance Company.
KIRSTY LEE - Started dancing at the age of three with The Runneymede School of Dance. It was there that she worked through her ISTD exams in modern, ballet and tap as well as taking jazz classes. She then went onto study BTEC Dance at Kingston College, going on to achieve a triple distinction. At Kingston Kirsty trained in various other dance disciplines including contemporary, street and physical theatre. Kirsty’s strength lies in contemporary and commercial jazz/street. She has appeared in a number of shows over the years. Kirsty's debut with MLD was in NEWS FLASH 24.
HAYLEY SPENCER - Trained as a performer and studied a National Diploma In Performing Arts (dance focus) where she trained in various dance styles. Hayley started dancing at a young age and attended Stagecoach for a period of four years. Hayley's main dance focus is street and hip hop dance. She has already been used by MLD as a backing dancer for a new music artist. Hayley was also part of MLD's debut "Funkin In The Sexy 70's" in partnership with Ann Summers. Other credits include: Motion Like Dance (2010) & News Flash 24 (2011).
GEORGINA PLOWRIGHT - Began performing from a young age and quickly developed a passion for the arts. Singing, dancing and acting have always been a big part of her life. Throughout school she took part in many productions and thoroughly enjoyed her studies in GCSE music and drama, attaining good grades in both. Georgina has also performed with Compton Little Theatre in Christmas pantomimes and in 2008 she joined a local community entertainment group. Credits include “through the decades” and various choreography credits. Georgina's debut with MLD was in News Flash 24 (2011).
SERINA SMITH - Started dancing at a young age within various dance schools throughout Surrey. The styles Serina studied in her younger years include: Jazz, tap and modern in which she also took several exams. Serina went on to train at Brooklands College studying a BTEC First gaining distinctions in: dance performnace, understanding performance technology and performance project. Serina then furthered her training at Guildford College studying a BTEC national diploma in dance where she also varied her styles in: broadway, street, tap and contemporary. After several successful shows Serina took time out of the dance scene. A few years later she started taking regular street dance classes where she got her passion back for dance. Serina's credits include Motion Like Dance (2010) & News Flash 24 (2011).
